Kiki Living Returns & Refunds Policy – Because Sometimes Things Just Don’t Work Out!
We know that picking the perfect furniture, décor, or home upgrade can be tricky, and sometimes things just don’t work out. No worries—we’ve got your back (within UK law, of course). Here’s how to send things back if they’re just not sparking joy.
Changed Your Mind? You’ve Got 14 Days!
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have 14 days from the day you receive your order to let us know if you want to return something. After that, you’ve got another 14 days to send it back.
💰 What you’ll get refunded:
✔️ A full refund for the item(s)
✔️ The cost of standard delivery (if you paid for shipping)
🚨 What’s not refunded:
❌ Express or premium shipping costs (if you splashed out for next-day delivery, that part isn’t refundable)
❌ The cost of returning the item (unless it’s faulty – more on that below!)

📦 How to Return Your Order
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
✅ Unused (we love a trial run, but if you’ve already had a dinner party on that new dining table, it’s yours now)
✅ In its original packaging (where applicable)
✅ Not assembled or installed – Once it’s built, it’s yours
Return Process:
1️⃣ Email us at hello@kikiliving.com so we know it’s coming back
2️⃣ Arrange and pay for return shipping (we don’t cover return costs unless the item is faulty)
3️⃣ Send it back using a tracked service – we recommend keeping proof of postage just in case your parcel fancies a detour
🚚 Returning big furniture? Some of our chunkier pieces need specialist courier collection. We can help arrange this, but the cost will be deducted from your refund.
⚠️ Items That Can’t Be Returned (Unless Faulty)
Some things are a one-way ticket once they arrive at your doorstep:
❌ Made-to-order or personalised furniture (if you designed it, it’s all yours)
❌ Assembled or installed items (once it’s built, we can’t un-build it)
❌ Mattresses, bedding & soft furnishings (once unsealed—because hygiene matters)
❌ Paint, wallpaper & home improvement materials (once opened—your walls don’t want second-hand paint)
❌ Gift cards (because digital magic can’t be undone)
🛠 Faulty or Damaged Items? That’s On Us!
If your item arrives looking like it lost a fight with the delivery van, don’t panic—we’ll fix it.
💰 Your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015:
✔️ Full refund within 30 days – If an item is faulty, you can request a full refund within 30 days of delivery.
✔️ Repair or replacement within 6 months – If a fault develops in six months, we’ll repair, replace, or refund it.
✔️ We cover return costs for faulty or misdescribed items – If we messed up, we’ll sort it at our expense.

✔️ Your order number
✔️ Photos of the damage/fault (we love receipts)
💰 Refunds – When Will You Get Your Money Back?
🔹 We’ll process your refund within 14 days of receiving your return.
🔹 Refunds go back to your original payment method (if you paid by gift card, we’ll issue store credit).
🔹 Delivery costs will only be refunded if you return the entire order.
