By signing up, you’re agreeing to these Mobile Terms of Service ("Mobile Terms"), so grab a cuppa (or a cocktail 🍸), have a read, and know that your data and rights are respected every step of the way.
1. Changes to the Service
We like to keep things fresh and fabulous, so we may modify or even cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. If the Mobile Terms change, your continued use of the Service means you’re happy with those changes.
2. What You’re Signing Up For
By opting into Kiki Living's SMS/text messaging service, you’re saying "yes, darling!" to recurring text messages sent to the mobile number you provided. These may include:
📦 Order and delivery updates
🛍️ Promotions, exclusive offers & sales
💖 Special Kiki perks and VIP invites
🔔 Friendly cart reminders (we know life gets busy!)
Messages may be sent via an automatic dialling system or other technology.
📢 Important: Signing up is completely voluntary and not a condition of purchase. You can still shop ‘til you drop without receiving SMS messages.
3. The Cost (or Lack of One!)
We don’t charge you a thing for these messages, but your wireless provider might. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan. Message frequency varies (because some weeks just need more fabulous updates than others 💅).

4. How to Say "Bye" to Kiki Texts (Opting Out)
If you ever decide to break up with our SMS messages (no hard feelings! 😢), just:
🚫 Text STOP to our number, and we’ll confirm your opt-out with a final message.
🚫 Click the unsubscribe link (if available) in any message.
💡 Keep in mind: If you’re signed up for other Kiki Living SMS programmes, you’ll need to unsubscribe separately from each one.

6. Changes to Our Number or Codes
We may switch up our short code or phone number at any time (gotta stay fabulous and functional). If that happens, we’ll let you know.
Heads up: If you send a STOP or HELP request to an old number we no longer use, we won’t receive it—so make sure you’re messaging the right one.
7. No Ghosting (aka Providing a Valid Number)
Make sure you give us a valid mobile number—otherwise, you may not receive our texts, and we’ll both miss out on all the fun! If you get a new number, you’ll need to sign up again to keep the Kiki magic flowing.
8. Service Limitations (or When Technology Fails Us All 😩)
We do our best, but wireless carriers aren’t responsible for delayed or undelivered messages (sometimes tech just doesn’t cooperate).
Also, while we aim to be as flawless as a freshly powdered face, we can’t be held liable for:
⚡ Messages that fail, delay, or go astray
⚡ Errors in message content
⚡ Any action (or inaction) you take based on the messages you receive
We’re all about transparency, so we respect your rights and privacy—your data is never misused.
